Biography
About Leah Hayes
Leah Hayes built her public career around a mix of independent creator work, professional collaborations, podcasting, and unusually candid conversation. Before adult entertainment became her full-time path, she worked conventional jobs including as a bank teller. That shift from a traditional workplace into a self-managed creator career became one of the defining changes in her adult life.
Leah has spoken openly about the uncertainty that came before her transition. In her late teens and early adulthood, feminine presentation interested her but also created anxiety about what those feelings meant. Over time she embraced her identity more fully and later underwent facial feminization surgery. When she first met Bella Joie at XBIZ Miami in May 2023, Leah was about three months into her FFS recovery.
Her public personality is direct, funny, and selective rather than polished into a generic influencer image. She is comfortable talking about dating, surgery, awkward experiences, creator economics, professional competition, management disputes, and the realities of building a sustainable career while still keeping identifiable private details under her own control.
Creator career
Independent work, collaborations, and industry visibility
Leah has been active since 2023, with a career centered more on independent creation and collaborations than on a traditional studio-first filmography. OnlyFans, professional networking, creator houses, events, podcasts, and collaborative productions form the core of her public work.
Industry mentorship
She regularly discusses pricing, fair rates, networking, branding, and creator management, with an emphasis on helping newer trans performers build sustainable careers.
Awards visibility
Her nominations span AVN, TEA, XMA, and XMA Fan Awards, including Best Trans Newcomer, Best VR Trans Scene, Best New Face, and Trans Creator of the Year.
Transition
Transition, confidence, and FFS
Leah has spoken openly about early anxiety around feminine presentation and the process of understanding her gender identity. Those conversations are less about presenting a perfect timeline and more about how confidence grew over time.
Facial feminization surgery became a visible milestone in that story. In May 2023, when Leah attended XBIZ Miami and first met Bella Joie, she was roughly three months into recovery. She has since discussed both the emotional importance of gender-affirming procedures and the practical reality that major surgery can be demanding for creators whose work depends on travel, appearance, and regular production.
Bella Joie & GAGGED
Friendship that became a creative partnership
Leah met Bella Joie at XBIZ Miami in 2023, and their friendship grew through later collaborations, travel, and shared creator experiences. Leah later helped Bella connect with people in Los Angeles, navigate independent creator work, and expand her professional network.
That friendship eventually became the foundation for GAGGED, a podcast built around humor, dating stories, creator life, industry politics, professional advice, and conversations with other performers. The project gives both women room to show the personality and working reality that rarely fit into polished social-media posts.
